How do I use a discount / voucher code?
Discount codes must be entered on the Basket page before proceeding to checkout in order to add your discount.
What is your return policy?
We have a 14-day return policy. Customers can request a return within 14 days of receiving their item, provided it is in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
